Hey y’all, we’re so glad you’ve stopped on by! C’mon in and rest your piggies for a while! A Glittered South is the result of 2 women who’ve been friends for over 20 years. We figured, hell, if we hadn’t killed each other in all this time, what are the odds it would happen now?

We are mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and true Southern Belles. We drink sweet tea, love us some grits, always have room for more at the dinner table, and bleed college football. We live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast…born and bred Southerners and damned proud of it! We are of the belief that on the national scale, the South gets the short end of the stick and is frequently likened to us not having the sense God gave a goat, but the truth is, everyone loves the South! Where else are you gonna get phrases like “Bless your pea-pickin’ heart” and “Busier than a one-legged man in a butt-kickin’ contest”? There was a time when we were like all the rest of y’all thinking there's no way anything is better, but guess what, it can! (Gasp!) What’s better than the South, you ask? Why, A Glittered South, y’all! So here we are, brace yourselves!

We’re happier than a fat tick on a dog that you’re here, so go on and mosey around; we’re sure you’ll find plenty of Southern sparkle just perfect for all your craft projects and don’t forget to tell your friends about us!
