BUBBA

I'm sure the name 'Bubba' came to be because someone, somewhere couldn't pronounce their sibling's name, but even as time went on and we learned how to pronounce them, we still refer to 'em as 'Bubba' well into adulthood.  Heck, this is so common nowadays some parents skip the proper name altogether and actually name their boy, 'Bubba'!  There's 3 Major League Baseball Players named 'Bubba' and 2 PGA Tour Golfers.  Heck there's even a National Bubba Day on June 2nd each year!
